龙江河谷灌区地处广西桂西北旱片，灌区范围涉及河池市宜州区、金城江区，环江毛南族自治县、罗城仫佬族自治县和南丹县等5个县(区)25个乡镇，设计灌溉面积100.4万亩，其中新增灌溉面积69万亩，恢复、改善灌溉面积16.9万亩，保灌面积14.5万亩，共分为13个灌片；供水范围包括宜州和环江2个城区20个乡镇驻地217个行政村，覆盖城乡供水人口72.5万人。工程估算总投资99.39亿元，建设工期48个月。
